How to Start a Return or Exchange

Start Your Return: Click the “Start A Return/Exchange” button above.
Enter Order Details: Enter your order number and zip code.
Select Items: Choose the item(s) to return or exchange, and select "refund" or "exchange" (subject to availability).
Choose Shipping Method: Select "Box & Ship with prepaid label" as the return method.
Confirm and Print Label: Review and confirm your selections, then download and print your prepaid UPS return label.
Ship Your Package: Drop your package off at any UPS location.

Return Shipping Fees

A $7.95 fee for return labels applies to US orders; $30.00 applies to Canadian orders. This fee will be deducted from your refund. Exchanges are free of charge.

Refund Processing Time

We process refunds upon receipt of your items. Please allow up to 7 business days for your bank to process the refund.

Our Return Policy

We accept returns within 30 days for items in new condition. You can choose a refund, store credit, or an exchange for a different size or color for most items.

Non-Returnable Items:

The following items are nonrefundable and cannot be returned or exchanged:

Final Sale or Last Call items
Exchanges
Price-adjusted orders

Store Credit Only Items:

Items marked as "store credit only" may be returned for store credit only.

Store credits are valid for one year from the return date and can be applied to any future purchase.

Our Exchange Policy

To exchange an item for a new size of color, follow the return instructions and select "exchange" instead of "refund." Your exchange will be shipped once the original item is in transit.

If your requested exchange is unavailable when we process your return, you will be refunded, unless your exchanged item was for store credit only—in which case, a store credit will be issued.

Please note that exchange items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged further.
