Start A Return/Exchange

 To Start a Return or Exchange:

  1. Click the “Start A Return/Exchange” button on the top of the page.
  2. Enter your order number and zip code
  3. Select the item(s) you wish to return and specify whether you'd like a refund or an exchange for another size (subject to inventory availability). You can repeat this step for multiple items, returning some and exchanging others.
  4. Choose "Box & Ship your items using a prepaid label" as your return method.
  5. Click "next step" to review your selections on the summary page. If everything is correct, click "submit my return."
  6. Download and print the prepaid UPS return label provided and drop off your items at any UPS drop off location. 
  7. You’ll receive an email once your return has been processed. 

Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable. When processing a return, a $7.95 fee for return labels applies to US orders, while a $30.00 return label fee applies to Canadian orders. The fee will be deducted from your refund. Exchanges do not incur any fees. We process your refund on receipt of your order, and it may take up to a week for the refund to reflect in your bank account.

Our Return Policy

We gladly accept returns within 30 days for items in new condition, providing the option for either a refund, store credit, or size/color exchange.

  • We exclusively accept returns for orders placed on Purchases from other retailers must adhere to their respective return policy.
  • Original shipping charges are nonrefundable.
  • Items marked as "Final Sale" or “Last Call” are nonrefundable and cannot be exchanged. Additionally, price-adjusted orders and exchanges are also nonrefundable and cannot be exchanged.
  • Exchanges can only be made for the same style in a different size or color and are subject to availability. If the requested exchange item is no longer in stock, a refund will be provided instead.
