Shipping Policy

Order Processing Times

  • Standard Ground Orders: Processed within 1 to 2 business days. Orders placed by 2:00 PM ET typically ship by the next business day. During high-volume seasonal periods, please allow up to 3 business days for processing.

  • Expedited & Next Day Orders: Must be placed by 2:00 PM ET Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) to be processed and shipped out the same day.

Note: Transit windows begin on the first business day following shipment.

Domestic Shipping Rates (Contiguous US)

  • Standard Shipping (2–7 Business Days): $9.95 flat rate, or FREE on orders of $150 or more.

  • Expedited Shipping (2 Business Days): $25.00 flat rate.

  • Next Business Day Delivery (1 Business Day): $35.00 flat rate.

Alaska, Hawaii, & US Territories

  • Standard Shipping (3–8 Business Days): $15.00 flat rate.

P.O. Boxes & APO/FPO Addresses

Orders shipping to P.O. boxes will automatically route through the United States Postal Service (USPS). Expedited and Next Day shipping options require a physical address and cannot be delivered to P.O. boxes.

International Shipping (including Canada)

We ship internationally via USPS. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on package weight and destination.

  • USPS First-Class International (Canada): Starting at $15.00

  • USPS Priority International: $38.00 – $68.00

  • USPS Express International: $35.00 flat base rate

Customs, Duties, & Taxes: International orders may be subject to local import duties, custom fees, or VAT assessed by the destination country. These additional fees are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Order Tracking

Once your package is packed and handed to the carrier, a shipping confirmation containing your tracking link will be automatically sent to your email or updated directly inside your Shop app profile. Please allow up to 24 hours for the carrier to update the tracking status.
