Summer Getaway Giveaway

1. Eligibility

The Ultimate Summer Getaway Giveaway (the "Sweepstakes") is open only to individuals who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of Lilla P, Solei Sea, and Zanatany Concepts (collectively, the "Sponsors"), as well as their immediate family members, are not eligible to enter or win. This Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited.

2. Sweepstakes Period

The Sweepstakes begins on June 8, 2026 at 10:00AM EST and ends on June 12, 2026 at 11:59PM EST. Entries submitted before or after the Entry Period will not be eligible.

3. How to Enter

To enter via Instagram:

Follow @LillaP, @SoleiSea, and @ZanatanyConcepts on Instagram.
"Like" the official giveaway collaboration post hosted on @LillaP’s profile.
Comment on the official post stating where you are traveling (or wish you were traveling) this summer.
Bonus Entry: Share the official giveaway post to your Instagram Story and tag @LillaP, @SoleiSea, and @ZanatanyConcepts for five (5) additional entries. (Account must be public for the entry to be counted).

4. Prize Details & Approximate Retail Value (ARV)

One (1) Grand Prize Winner will receive: One (1) $300 Lilla P Digital Gift Card, one (2) pairs of Solei Sea sandals (subject to size availability), and one (1) Zanatany Concepts Tote and Hat bundle. Total approximate retail value: $600+.
Two (2) Runner-Up Winners will each receive: One (1) $75 Digital Gift Card to Lilla P, one (1) $75 Digital Gift Card to Solei Sea, and one (1) $75 Digital Gift Card to Zanatany Concepts. Total retail value per runner-up: $225.

Prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash. Digital gift cards are subject to the standard terms and conditions of each respective issuing brand.

5. Winner Selection and Notification

The winners will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period. The drawing will be conducted within seventy-two (72) hours of the Sweepstakes closing.

The potential winners will be notified via Direct Message (DM) only by the verified @LillaP Instagram account. Winners must respond within forty-eight (48) hours of notification to claim their prize. If a potential winner cannot be contacted or fails to respond within the allotted time, an alternate winner may be randomly selected.

6. Publicity & Release

By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Lilla P, Solei Sea, Zanatany Concepts, and Instagram from any and all liability, losses, or damages of any kind resulting from participation in this Sweepstakes or the acceptance, possession, or use of any prize.
